Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Remote (WFH anywhere!)

Salary: $45k-$50k (depending on experience)

 

The Goat Agency is the global leading influencer marketing agency. We are looking for our first ever Recruitment People Coordinator to join our team and support us with the long-term growth and development of the agency in the US.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with line managers to align global recruitment objectives 
  • Reviewing CV’s and screening applicants
  • Drafting, amending and distributing Recruitment materials including letters, policies and processes
  • Internal record keeping and analysis
  • Working with the Senior Operations team to drive forward agency improvement projects
  • An eye for culture and what makes a company a great place to work

  • Knowledge / general interest in advertising, social, media and marketing
  • Interest in developing a career in Recruitment and People
