Freelance Campaign Executive

Fee: $600-2000 SGD per project

We are looking for a Vietnamese speaking Campaign Executive to join us and work with some of the biggest brands in the world.

This is a project based position that will start March 2022 to June 30th 2022. Timing will be dependent on your availability but approximately 2-3 hours a day.

Role responsibilities:

• Researching influencers across APAC and finding relevant influencers for campaigns

• Being responsible for day-to-day liaison with influencers

• Negotiating with influencers, content direction and approval, monitoring posting of content

• Help with writing influencer briefs including, the creative, example messaging, strategy

• Monitoring timelines on campaigns to ensure that content delivery and approvals are met

• Be responsible for up-to-date campaign reporting

• Work closely with the account lead, while ensuring processes are followed

• Knowledge of Vietnam as a social market

Role Requirements:

• Be familiar with social media platforms including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

• Meticulous and displays a sharp eye for detail

• A good command of English both spoken and written

• Proficient on Excel

• Be able to work from home

• Fluent in Vietnamese as you will be liaising with influencers in Vietnam and translating will be key

• Able to work in a fast-paced with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Able to work to set briefs with strict deadline
